As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will function under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and be responsible to observe, record, and report on the condition of the client, administer prescribed medications and treatment as permitted, and assist the client with activities of daily living.

You will also be required to perform assigned tasks as needed in the geographic area covered by the Berks Visiting Nurse Association and perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the Corporation.

REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program and have a valid license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. You must have the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform selected nursing procedures and techniques of client care, selective rehabilitative procedures, work with other disciplines, accept and utilize supervision, maintain and organize a caseload, and utilize laptop computers for client documentation.

Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver`s license, automobile insurance, available automobile during working hours, and be able to drive in all types of weather.
