RISE Services, Inc, is a not-for-profit organization that provides support services to children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults. Our purpose is to create opportunities for and with the people we serve and with the men and women who have chosen to work in this field.

 

We have a network of hundreds of Direct Support Professional working with people with disabilities and their families to help create and sustain the life they want to live. This includes people supporting people in their daily living, providing companionship, foster parenting, accompanying to community events, teaching skills, and much more. People receive support from a few hours a month to 24 hours a day. Our team also includes outstanding specialists who provide support with behavior, mental health, speech and communication, counseling, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and medical needs. 

 

RISE is seeking a licensed RN to provide health care and health related services to children and adults with disabilities and mental health needs.  Duties include in home general wellness visits, individual health assessments and health maintenance plans, consultation with clients and families and other services depending on the person.  This position is a wonderful opportunity for anyone needing a flexible schedule. Position requires previous experience serving the health needs of persons with disabilities. 

 

This position can be full or part time.
