Financially sound, forward thinking hospital needs Assistant Director of Emergency Room.  You will report to the Director of Emergency Services who has excellent work ethics and believes in giving her staff autonomy. Emergency Room gets 47K visits a year, has a 22 bed ER. There will be a new hospital in 09 with the ER beds increasing to 29.  You will serve on several committees, approve schedules, employee evaluations and be involved deeply with patient safety and satisfaction.. Must have strong ER skills and be able to teach in small and large groups.  You will hit the ground running in this position as there are several projects you will be in charge of immediately.
