MDS Clinical Coordinator/Unit Manager

A Rare Opportunity at Chapel Hill Community, an innovative healthcare continuum of care, is seeking a Registered Nurse, with at least three years experience, to fill the position of a full-time MDS Clinical Coordinator/Unit Manager.

 

The Clinical Coordinator utilizes their experience and knowledge in resident assessments and development of care plans to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of resident care is provided. The position must function as a team leader, and supervisor to ensure that quality care is delivered, supporting team members.
