With a strong reputation as Dermatology Specialists throughout the last 50 years, our client has remained dedicated to excellence, staying abreast of the latest medical developments, implementing innovative technologies and attracting exceptional physicians and a caring staff.  Today, with three convenient locations in the Metroplex, they continue to expand the size and scope of their practice opening their newest Las Colinas location featuring an enlarged patient treatment area and a state-of-the-art Mohs micrographic surgical suite.

In addition to the latest in medical dermatology services, they offer a broad spectrum of results-oriented, cosmetic dermatology products and procedures which have been assembled to assist our patients in preserving the health of their skin while enhancing their quality of life. 

THE JOB:

In this position of 'Medical Front Desk Representative', you will support this group of well respected Specialists. You will work independently, yet at part of a team, checking in and checking out patients, scheduling, insurance verification, collecting co-pays and addressing patient concerns.  You will ensure your patients receive the best service possible, in a professional manner, at all times.

Know you must be comfortable using computers as you will be trained to use our client's online record keeping and tracking systems.

Business hours are Day Shift, Monday through Friday, PLUS some Saturday mornings.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Recent and stable work history of 2+ yrs in similar role within a clinic or physician environment. (Dermatology experience a PLUS)

* Able to drive to different offices to help out as needed. (You must have a working vehicle so you can be flexible daily.  At times you may work mornings in one office and afternoons in another.)

No criminal record.

* Clear TB and drug screen status.

* Strong Interpersonal skills and professionalism.

* Strong computer knowledge.

COMPENSATION:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.

You will receive full benefits including medical, dental, retirement, vacation, personal time, etc. when you join client's payroll.
