MEDSPA MANAGER NEEDED

Medspa Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven leader who will be responsible for meeting/exceeding team and individual sales goals, providing superior customer service, and attainment of operational excellence for a MedSpa facility.

Qualifications:  four-year degree or some college classwork completed, two years management experience, two years sales/marketing experience, proven track record of success, phone sales experience a plus, strong customer service focus, outgoing and very competitive, and must enjoy a team environment.

Responsibilities:  Direct the operation of the medspa.  Exercise leadership and manage organizational systems to ensure sales goals and performance objectives are achieved.  Oversee the delivery of treatment services to ensure favorable customer experience.

 

Note:  Nurses and Aestheticians are supervised by Head Nurse and Medical Director.
