MILIEU SPECIALIST

MILIEU SPECIALIST (Framingham/ Waltham):  Full-time position in two dynamic and innovative residential programs for adolescent girls (12-18 y.o.).  Essential responsibilities include staff scheduling for each program, overall management of the milieu for both programs including but not limited to staff supervision, training, and team development.  Automobile and valid license required.  Experience with a diverse, multicultural population including LGBTQ desired. Cultural competence highly valued.
