We offer competitive compensation plans and growth opportunities!What will you be doing? - Responsible for meeting daily service operation needs of our MRI systems. - Install, troubleshoot and maintain our MRI products and equipment. - Conduct preventative maintenance, managing repairs and replacement parts. - Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow up. - Work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. - Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Some travel is required, mostly regional but could also be national and international.What do you need to qualify for this amazing opportunity? - 2+ years of experience servicing and supporting medical equipment. - MRI experience is required! - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously an prioritizing work with minimal supervision. - Expert knowledge and proficiency in handling tools and service test equipment. - Must be able to communicate with clients, managers, and supervisor effectively. - Must be able to work remotely and travel to client sites. - BS degree in EE, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or other similar disciplines.
