Maintenance Coordinator

Good Neighbor Care is seeking to fill a Maintenance Coordinator position for our Timberwood community located in Oklahoma City, OK.  Dedicated, creative, energetic, organized and detail-oriented individuals, who wish to make a positive contribution to our senior living communities, are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity.



The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks at the community.  Qualified candidates must have one year of general building and grounds maintenance experience.  Individuals must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.  The candidate must also have a working knowledge and skill in minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, rough and finish carpentry, painting, fence repairs, minor appliancerepairs, and basic auto repairs/servicing.
