Maintenance Technician/Driver

In Maintenance Technician role, maintains the grounds, facility and equipment of Granite Hill Estates in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations; Granite Hill Estates' established policies and procedures; and as may be directed by your Supervisor to ensure that a successful maintenance program is in effect at all times. In Driver role, provides transportation services to residents of Granite Hill Estates for personal appointments, social and cultural events, shopping and excursions.

Valid Maine driver's license, Technical training beyond high school, at least one year of experience in a wide variety of general maintenance work, General understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and grounds maintenance. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to prioritize, manage time, and be able to adapt to constantly changing baselines.
