General Summary:
The Manager, Business Analysis manages a staff which supports various processes for the implementation and maintenance of strategic Coventry hospital contracts, fee schedules, and provider groups on the appropriate Coventry Health Care systems. This includes the establishment and continuous review of implementation and quality assurance/testing procedures, and evaluating technology enablers to increase the accuracy and timeliness of implementations. Facilitates the generation and distribution of consistent, frequent, and meaningful status reports to customers regarding implementation status and required resolution of key issues/questions

Job Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred Significant experience in health care (usually 6 - 7 years) with management responsibility Demonstrated excellence in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools required Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.) Extensive knowledge of health care business and care delivery processes preferred
