Manager, Business Continuity Planning

Leadership role in developing, coordinating and maintaining comprehensive business contingency plans and validation methodology to ensure ability to recover, in the event of an unforeseen disruption (i.e. facilities, technology systems, applications). Ongoing risk analyses for corporate functional areas recommending disaster avoidance and reduction strategies.  Development and facilitation of business continuity training related to planning, plan maintenance and execution to appropriate parties. Ensure that all components of the Business Continuity plans are successfully tested routinely. Provide expertise and support to management and business functional areas whenever and wherever a business disruption occurs.

Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years work experience required. Certification from DRII (Disaster Recovery Institute International) or BCI (Business Continuity Institute) current or within 3 years. Minimum of 5 years experience in design, development and maintenance of business continuity plans preferred.
