Job Details:
Associates Degree RequiredCurrent State of Maine RN license

Responsible for supervision of intake department, referral relationships, general marketing oversight, vendor relationships related to intake, and program development with MaineGeneral entities related to care management initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION : Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in clinical or health related field preferred. RN license required.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum of two years of clinical or administrative experience in home health or hospice field. Two years of supervisory/management experience required. Marketing experience preferred. Intake experience preferred.

PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL DEMANDS : Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment is essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS : Normal office conditions.
