City: Immediate Permanent position for Experienced Manager of CORD BLOOD COLLECTIONS;$45-$65,000;MUST BE AVAIL M-F;9-5PM: MUST BE FLEXIBLE W/HRS.Must have 2-5yrs EXP;IN A HOSPITAL SETTING;(FAMILIARITY W/ FILING + STORAGE SYSTEMS).MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE AND 2-3 yrs OF Practical experience in a hospital setting;OR MUST HAVE ASSOCIATES DEGREE 4-5YRS OF Practical Experience in a Hospital Setting;MUST HAVE MANGER EXP!;Will provide corrdinator and admin support to the Associate Director in the area of cord blood unit collection.Informed Consent procedures,health history questionnaire by interacting w/ admin of the hospitals;IRB,maintaining communications with HR.serving as point of access for third parties;(shipping companies,vendors,contractors) help in the review of Quality Control,Quality Assurance and mgmt plans;Acting as inital contact for questions about NCBP and Cord Blood in the hospital activities area,ordering supplies for hospital;managing logistics to hospial:faxing storing hospital associated forms,filing.MUST BE PROFICIENT in all hospital activities related to the program following orientation.Computer use including standard data entry;Windows and data base applications; MS WORD + EXCEL:!E-MAIL RESUME TO:RobinMahland@hotmail.com  (212)683-0045x139.
