We’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative manager to lead a team as they support multiple new product development initiatives. Responsibilities will include:•Work collaboratively with R&D Program Managers. •Manage a team of engineers, analysts and associate program managers as they support multiple product development core teams. •Provide guidance to direct reports and core team members as they assemble phase gate deliverables.•Aggregate feedback regarding the Global Development Process and drive process improvement.•Develop and display department metrics.Desireable Experience:•Minimum five years experience leading a technical team in a regulated environment.•Strong working knowledge of process improvement techniques.•Ability to build and lead a service oriented technical team.Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits:
