 Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post all consolidating/adjusting entries in consolidation system
• Analyze account variances and provide written explanations
• Prepare monthly Financial Summary and Financial Review reports for internal distribution
• Prepare monthly communications and financial statements for external distribution
• Assemble 10Q and 10K format reports, directly preparing the financial statements sections and assisting with authorship and editing of footnotes and the MD&A
• Coordinate annual audit and quarterly review with external auditors including:
- Scheduling
- Assignment and collection of “prepared by client” requests
- Documentation of information provided
- Serve as first point of contact for staff inquiries
• Provide accounting research as new issues surface
• Compile and maintain consolidation and reporting policies and procedures binder

Required Experience and Background:
• Minimum 4 years audit experience• Extremely good written and verbal communication• Minimum 4 years writing financial reports for 10Q, 10K, and associated footnote sections• 4-year Accounting/Finance degree
• Certified Public Accountant
• 3+ years related experience
