We are seeking a Manager in our sales department.  This position has overall responsibility for retention and growth for a significant block of national account business with goals to achieve annual growth and revenue targets.  This leadership role will manage a team of account managers to ensure a consultative approach and high level of service is provided to employers.   In addition, the manager will assist with the development of strategic action plans for large employers focused on reducing health care cost trends.

 

Required Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in the healthcare/insurance industry.  Management experience with strong coaching, staff development, mentoring and training skills.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and consultants.The ability to work collaboratively with and maintain excellent working relationships internal departments to achieve organizational goals.Minnesota life and health insurance license.Health Insurance Association of American (HIAA), Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS) or other industry related coursework or completed designations.Thorough understanding of disease and care management.Strong communication and presentation skills.
