Manager, National Occupational Health Program

 

 

AllOne Health Resources, a fast growing national and international occupational health provider is seeking an RN with occupational health and management experience to manage the day-to-day operation of a division of 30 professional and non-professional staff.  The manager will oversee the needs and occupational health programs of nationally known corporations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Mentor, guide, and direct nursing personnel

·  Manage daily workflow according to nurse workload

· Generate and review reports to facilitate workload balance and meet client requirements

·  

· Hire nursing and lab personnel to meet business needs

· Conduct annual performance reviews

· Meet and exceed customer service expectations by:

o  Maintaining contracted client timeframes for business activities

o  Consulting and communicating with clients

o  Participating in client telephonic conferences

· Avail oneself to nursing personnel and clients as needed

· Coordinate with other management the national nurses’ monthly meetings, including nurse education

· Collaborate with occupational health physicians to meet client needs

· Collaborate with other managers to improve reporting by capturing appropriate metrics

· Provide for audits of medical records as part of QA Program

· Communicate and coordinate with other teams for seamless program delivery

· Manage laboratory staff and functions

 

Requirements:

· Licensed RN (in Massachusetts)

· Previous management experience

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Computer literacy including email, MS Office applications

· Ability to lead, teach, and motivate others

· Foster team approach and optimistic environment

· Positive attitude

· Creative problem solving

· Occupational health experience is a plus
