Manager, Nursing Services (Corporate RN Opening)

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:Conducting clinical nurse interviews and quarterly performance evaluations.Managing JCAHO and facility compliance.Administering new hire and renewal processes.Functioning as clinical intermediary between ADEX nurses and clients.Ensuring Nurses maintain up-to-date Certifications and RegistrationsSupporting Senior Sales Leadership in ongoing facility sales and marketing efforts.Assisting with nurse and allied health recruitment for local and nationwide assignments as needed.







REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have a proven work history leading the day-to-day activities of fellow RN’s/LPN’s.  This includes nurse management, scheduling, and performance evaluations.  Individual should possess excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills.  Experience in multiple units (CCU/ICU/NICU/PICU/CVICU, ER/ED, OR/PACU, Cath Lab, MedSurg, etc) would be perfect.  Previous employment in a magnet facility or teaching hospital would be fantastic.

- Emergency Room/Trauma (ER/ED) Registered Nurse.

- Hemo-Dialysis (Acute or Chronic) Registered Nurse.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment/staffing or sales/marketing employment (either internally or as a traveler/registry staff) is beneficial, but not required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher preferred.

- Formal management training is a plus.

- Experience managing JCAHO audits and/or certification process is highly desired.

- International nurse management experience and/or foreign language skills (Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, etc) very desirable.
