Manager Operations

Sharp HealthCare is recruiting for Manager, Operations for our Sharp Rees-Stealy medical group office located in Rancho Bernardo (North San Diego County).

 

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 400 primary care doctors and specialists representing virtually every field of medicine. Sharp Rees-Stealy has 17 locations throughout San Diego County and is part of Sharp HealthCare.

 

This position will be responsible for managing the non-clinical operations for the Rancho Bernardo and Carmel del Mar medical offices including:

 

·  New patient registrations and insurance related issues

·  Billing edits & compliance with charge processes

·  Cash Handling

·  Facility related functions

 

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree required

·  Previous Leadership/Management experience required

·  Prior experience in a Medical Group/Ambulatory Healthcare setting required

·  Knowledge of all aspects of Medical Insurance/Billing procedures and Patient Registration procedures required

·  Ability to effectively manage the activities and personnel of diverse departments

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills with all internal and external customers

·  Proficient with Microsoft Office required
