The Manager Outcomes and Evaluation maintains agency-wide outcomes data collection, protocols, and standards; insures integrity of agency-wide clinical outcomes

databases and coordinates agency-wide clinical data analysis. Also, manages the Outcomes and Evaluation staff, oversees data collection, data entry, performs data analysis, provides technical assistance and support to agency programs. Also trains staff on the administration, application and clinical utility of outcome measures for clinical staff.



Requirements


A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master of Arts or Science (M.A./M.S.) in Behavioral or Social Science, Statistical Analysis, Mathematics, or related field. Also must have 2 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical and/or research evaluation and data analysis.
