Manager, Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Details:


Contributes to the overall integration and success of the Program and the Network by being a team player, accepting and offering guidance as appropriate, participating in Network activities and training's as requested, and by promoting organizational integration based on the mission, vision, and values. Complies with the Network's Corporate Compliance Policy as set out in the Standards of Ethical Conduct and Business Practices. Provides leadership and caseload coordination to the therapy team.

Insures the provision of quality care that meets established standards. Functions as a liaison with the local medical institutions, physician practices, benefits specialist and HomeCare teams.

Requirements: EDUCATION: A graduate from a physical, occupational or speech therapy curriculum approved by the specific National Therapy Association. Membership in the National and State Association desired. Licensed by the State of Maine to practice as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years practical experience preferable. Highly effective communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Intemittent sitting, standing and walking.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel may be required
