Manager, Wellness Evaluation/Data

The Manager provides leadership in program design, evaluation, data collection and analysis of wellness initiatives.The qualifications for this position are:  Graduation for an accredited college or university with a master’s degree or higher in public health, public health administration, health promotion, epidemiology or related field, with a strong emphasis in program evaluation. Proficiency in analytical, statistical, reporting and business intelligence tools (i.e., Excel, MS Access, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, SPSS). Five years of related experience required, expertise in child health promotion fields highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of program evaluation. Experience in study design, implementation, interpretation, analysis and communication of program data and evaluation trends to a wide variety of constituents. Excellent problem solving, leadership and analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with groups or teams and employees at all levels within the organization. Strong project management experience, including ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and work both independently and within teams.
