Manager, Acquisition programs

In this role, you will ensure the health of the donor file by acquiring new donors and reactivating lapsed donors.  This will encompass being responsible for all aspects of the direct mail acquisition program including list selection and creative & strategic testing. In addition, you will ensure the optimal performance is achieved for the Acquisition and Lapsed programs by analyzing results and implementing strategic initiatives.

 

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of direct marketing fundraising or marketing experience required. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills; PC proficiency; and a valid driver's license a must. Knowledge of direct mail acquisition and supervisory experience preferred.
