Regal Medical West Covina has an opening for a Manager of Marketing and Network Development.

 

The Manager of Marketing and Network Development designs and implements marketing strategies for IPA and is accountable for physician recruitment/advertising and the development of initiatives relative to business development.

 

Job Description

 

Ø  Develop a marketing program and implement strategies for membership growth and expansion.

Ø  Continuously identify and recruit marketable Primary Care Physicians 

Ø  Identify target PCPs and develop individualized growth strategies with the PCP and his/her office staff.

Ø  Search enrollment opportunities and develop activities within the IPA service area that will result to increase in membership.

Ø  Coordinate with health plans on any strategies that involve member reassignment.

Ø  Participate in community events as part of strategic plan to promote growth.

Ø  Develop management reports to track enrollment activities and success of initiatives that were developed.

Ø  Must have the ability to develop growth strategies

Ø  Increase IPA enrollment

Ø  Develop management reports that will track success

 

 

Requirements

 

Ø  Associate Degree

Ø  High School Diploma if combination of training, education, and experience is equivalent to one of the employment standards listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.

Ø  Previous HMO/IPA or medical group experience required

Ø  Must be able to work independently or group environment

Ø  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook,
