We are currently seeking full-time Managers for our centers located in Annapolis, Columbia and Rockville, Maryland.


 

Our Care Center Managers and Assistant Managers ensure that the daily operations at the center meet the operational and quality standards established by the Company.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing administrative and clinical staff including scheduling, training, employee evaluations and coordination of staff meetings Maintaining a working knowledge of all systems, policies and procedures related to the facility's operations and patients Ensuring medical and office equipment at the facility are in proper working order Monitoring and managing patient flow including the wait time in the facility

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years management and customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting.  The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment is essential.  Clinical experience and bilingual skills preferred. 

Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
