The New England Journal of Medicine, the world's leading medical publication, is seeking an experienced manuscript editor at our Boston office. Duties include editing scientific manuscripts for clarity, precision, and style and discussing revisions with authors.

 

This position requires:Three to five years of full-time copy-editing experienceMastery of English grammarA keen ear for languageElectronic editing skillsAbility to work under the pressure of frequent deadlinesWriting experience and a background in medical or scientific editing are preferred, but not required.
