We need a proactive marketing professional who’s fluent in Chinese languages to take on a pivotal role in our Marketing division to acquire new business and to build a positive company image in the Asian communities. Primary Responsibilities: Advertising Initiate, develop and implement advertising campaigns Plan and organize effective advertising programs with advertising agencies Assist in the quarterly and yearly budget planning for advertising Keep track of the advertising results Maintain good communications with agencies to develop cost-effective programs Joint Marketing/ Advertising Explore joint marketing opportunities with media, business organizations, providers and other relevant entities to acquire new business Create cost effective joint advertising programs  Sales Collateral Create effective sales materials to support the sales team Keep the sales teams posted of new sales materials from the mainstream market  Database Management Update and refresh the database on a regular basis Make marketing analysis and provide valid reports Identify new supply/ sources of leads Initiate direct mail programs using our database Public Relations Launch PR campaigns and public education programs Media relationship management, organize press conferences and issue press releases Marketing Research Perform market research and survey audience to gather valuable data regarding customer behavior patternsQualifications: Candidates must be able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Marketing, public relations and project management experience is needed, prior experience in healthcare desirable.  Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential. A related Bachelor’s degree is needed.
