Marketing Communications Project Manager

A Fortune 100 Healthcare Company is seeking a Marketing Communications Project Manager. This position will lead the development and obtaining approval of language used in welcome materials for new members, as well as web-based content for open enrollment and other important messaging.   Responsibilities: • Oversee the development and implementation of customized communications for our clients' plan members, including plan changes and preventative medications communication. • Work with Account Management to determine clients' needs and the necessary solutions • Work with the product team to strategize and develop materials to help educate members and increase the overall profitability of plans • Work with a staff of writers to develop all types of communications (letters, newsletters, Q&As, brochures, web messages, etc.) that meet the needs of our clients • Prioritize and maintain project schedules for all materials to understand status and timing, as well as assess and mitigate risks • Have a good eye for written communications and be able to work across departments to make sure the end product is understandable, concise, and on target • Develop communication plans encompassing all applicable products and services, along with calendars of deliverables for key clients • Provide production with the appropriate specifications, version matrices, and mailing instructions to deliver communications that are on time and within budget Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications/journalism, or a related field • 6+ years experience in the field of communications, marketing communications project management preferred • Adept and experienced in project management with proven ability to lead projects to completion with minimal or no supervision • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and on time; superb organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and interface with all levels of the organization • Excellent relationship building skills
