Dava Oncology is a biotechnology & consulting firm devoted to accelerating cancer drug development. Responsibilities:

- Prospecting for client opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry

- Becoming familiar with the oncology market/language

- Attending cancer conferences

- Design and creation of client presentations/packets

- Coordination & booking of all travel arrangements

- Assistance with conference meeting planning

- Assisting with accounts payable/accounts receivable

 Qualifications: 

 

- We have entry-level openings for individuals with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing or Science

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions

- Some accounting experience is preferred

- Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM is a plus

- Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator experience is a plus
