Marketing Director Innovative Practice

This position will work closely with the Medical Directors in promoting global telemedicine network, onsite medical services, and other concierge medical services to the DC region and internationally. This person will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to grow our innovative medical programs. Although existing business lines do exist, the new division will be managed in a “start up” type environment to leverage new management organization and new emergency operations center. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. • Creating, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies • Attend membership association meetings as the primary point of contact • Developing, testing, posting, and confirming all website content • Working closely with Medical Directors to manage processes • Updating status reports of all online and on site/in person campaigns • Working closely with Development team to ensure working ads and brainstorm new product solutions • Surveying clients/membership organizations on services for process improvement/business development • Responsible for site customer relationships and quality assurance • Competent in media technologies tool and 3rd party ad serving technologies • Ability to set-up tracking and ad coding • Technical implementation of new marketing campaigns targeting niche markets. Education: Bachelors Degree or advanced with focus on marketing or similar degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience: 2+ years of campaign marketing management and trafficking experience. Familiarity with DC metro area and local hospitality industry. Passion for growing new product lines and experience in internet, print, audio and visual media and advertising operations. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
