The Marketing Solutions Manager partners with Provider CRM clients to implement CRM best practices within their organizations and act as a strategic marketing resource to their marketing staff and ad agencies. This position will work with key stakeholders within subscribing organizations ensuring they derive value from their ongoing participation with our product and services as measured by client satisfaction and renewal rates. The Marketing Solutions Manager will prepare client projects such as strategic analyses and recommendations, business and return on investment analyses, and direct marketing lists and present clients with strategic and tactical marketing consultation and recommendations. This position will work with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, resolve any product or service issues, and identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities. Understands strategic business goals and financial targets. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in written form. Ability to work collaboratively across different work groups and with various levels within an organization. Understanding of basic business terms. Ability to propose viable solutions to problems. Experience analyzing and interpreting data and making recommendations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Computer/technical proficiency; high level of skills in Excel, Power Point, Access Familiarity working with large data sets and SQL experience preferred Ability to travel up to 25% Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
