Marketing and Customer Service Manager

Vitro Molecular Laboratories (Vitro) is seeking a qualified person to fill a position of marketing and customer service manager or marketing and practice manager. Vitro is a physician-owned, rapidly growing specialty pathology laboratory (www.vitromolecular.com), with a nationally-recognized expertise in sophisticated cancer testing. Vitro distinguishes itself from its competitors by the highest level of customer service and top quality medical services. Vitro has a robust infrastructure with paperless office and online access to its database by its clients. 
The qualified person must have at a minimum a bachelor degree, with preferred experience (and or education) in medical marketing and customer service management. Self motivation, energy and superb organizational skills are a must. Also, bilingual (English and Spanish) language fluency is preferred, although not required.
