Massage Manager

Upscale Day Spa located in Calabasas is currently interviewing for the following position:

Massage Department Manager –

Must be a licensed massage therapist with management experience.  This candidate must possess the following qualifications:  ability to interview and hire qualified massge therapists, create and revise employee schedules, conduct and/or supervise training for all massage services including computer training, able to resolve conflicts in a calm manner, excellent customer service skills, complete tasks in an organized and timely manner, knowledge of massage technician business license requirements, process product inventory, conduct staff reviews, implement disciplinary action as needed.  10-20 Hours of Management time in addition to 16 hours of massge service time.  Health and Dental Insurance available.
