At Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, we understand urgency. But more than speed, we focus our energies on accuracy. Currently, we are seeking a Master Black Belt.

First & Foremost-Leader of Change; Engage Business Leaders to adopt Lean Six Sigma as our way of doing business;  Drive business transformation efforts using lean methods.  Personally Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects, as assigned.  Provide technical and statistical expertise to the business.  Partner with business leadership teams in developing and executing plans to deploy Lean Six Sigma to meet Quest Diagnostics business objectives including:  Align and team with Corporate Process Owners and Best Practice Teams; Coordinate and align efforts to develop metrics systems and performance standards;  Provide business leadership and personnel with support, tools and training achieve desired results;  May provide team leadership (and some cases, membership) in the development of various elements of the Six Sigma initiative infrastructure.  Examples of infrastructure elements include: Development and management of various Six Sigma training courses (e.g. Champion training, Black Belt training, Green Belt training, Control/Handoff training, DFSS....), BB Certification, Process Reviews, BB Recruiting, development and placement, Project tracking, Financial Tracking....); May deliver Six Sigma training including: Black Belt, Green Belt and Champion training.

Education:
Bachelors Degree

Work Experience:
Lean Enterprise knowledge and understanding  Demonstrated project management excellence.  Track record of results; Demonstrated training skills - teaching Lean Six Sigma tools, methods and concepts  Strong demonstrated Leadership and Change Agent skills and experience  Strategic Business Sense. Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor Green Belts to achieve business results with Six Sigma.  Skill and experience in the leadership of Lean Six Sigma deployment  Excellent team facilitation/leadership skills.  Teamwork/collaborative style  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills  Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks  Proficiency with key PC Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MSProject, Minitab); 2 years experience in Six Sigma as a Black Belt or more senior position.
