Med/Surg Nurses

Maxim Government Services (MGS), a division of Maxim Staffing Solutions, is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to work full time on a 13 week contract opportunity at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC.  Positions are available in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), and Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) floors.

Requirements:

 

-Unrestricted license to practice in any U.S. state.

-At least 2 years of current experience as a Registered Nurse.

-At least 1 year of experience in the specialty of which you are seeking.

-Computer literacy.

-BLS certification (ACLS if applicable).

 

Hours:

 

ICU and Med/Surg – 80 hour bi-weekly schedule consisting of six, 12 hour shifts (either 7:00a – 7:30p or 7:00p – 7:30a) and one, 8 hour shift. Work schedule runs Sunday – Saturday.

 

All other floors operate on 8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.
