Day to Day Work Analyzes and resolves problems and complaints about payment of claims for Health services provided to Medicaid recipients; prepares letter responses and answers telephone inquiries from Medicaid providers. May prepare or assist in the preparation of information from distribution to provider groups, DHH personnel and other Unisys personnel; other duties as assigned.LOCATION: Baton Rouge, LA Technical & Behavioral Skills Minimum of three years medical insurance billing experience required; thorough knowledge of Medicaid Program policies and procedures; excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, etc.; ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically on the telephone and in writing, ability to operate office equipment.
