Medicaid Eligibility/Field Representatives

Rapidly expanding company has openings for Eligibility Staff in the Macon, GA area.  Our Eligibility Team performs medical eligibility screening for Medicaid, SSI and various other funding programs, along with assisting referrals through the various stages of the application process. Supervisory positions may also be available.

Qualifications

°  Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred

°  Some exposure to Medical terminology, hospital experience preferred

°  5+ Years Georgia Medicaid and/or SSI/Disability experience required

°  Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to complete several concurrent tasks.

°  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and independently

°  Familiarity with basic word processing features

°  Effective organizational skills, able to keep files and work area organized.

°  Attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

Additional Qualifications for Field Representative

°  Own transportation, reliable and available for use

°  Valid Driver's License

°  Clean driving record 

°  Proof of Insurance 

°  Thorough knowledge of Macon area

Education/Experience Minimum Requirement

Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties required for the position.
