Medical Assistant/Medical Biller/Medical Front Office
Buckhead ENT is currently looking for some very strong team players to join our dynamic practice. Our physicians treat a very diverse group of patients, and consider patient care and customer service to be of the utmost importance. We are looking for medical professioanls who have strong skills, are self-starters, and know how to work well with others. We will accept only the best and the brightest, so we ask only qualified candidates to apply. We are currently looking to fill the following positions.
Back Office Medical Assistant:
For this position, we require at least 3-5 years of previous ENT experience. For those without ENT, we are looking for at least 5-7 years of continuous service working at a different specialty clinic. EKG's, vitals and drawing blood are just a few of the duties that you will perform. Candidates must be able to lead others, as this is a senior position. Must also be able to work independently, and be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Medical Biller:
Must have at least 3 years of ENT billing experience. Should have knowledge of multiple billing programs. Dependability and quality are of the utmost importance. Our billing team prides itself and minimal errors, and we expect nothing less from all new members of our team
Front Office Assistant:
Must have at least 3 years of working in a medical front office. Duties will include check in/check out, answering phones, insurance verification, and scheduling. As the first point of contact with our patients, the front office assistant is vital to the success of our practice. Must make the patient feel at ease each and every time!
Hours for these positions are 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday. Strong benefits package includes medical/dental insurance, 401(k), vacation/sick time, holiday pay, and a great team based atmosphere.
