Medical Assistant - Multiple openings

Swedish Physician Division currently has several openings for experienced MAs throughout the Seattle area.

 

Current openings include:

 

Northgate area - Summit Cardiology: 1.0 FTE, days,  M-F.  Cardiology experience preferred.

 

Pediatric Speciality Care - First Hill: 1.0 FTE, days,  M-F. Pediatric experience required.

 

Issaquah/Sammamish: Pine Lake Clinic- Family Practice- PT, 2-3 days per week.

 

Neurosurgery -17th and Jefferson in Seattle; FT, 1.0 FTE, M-F days. Previous neurology or other specialty care experience preferred.

 

Downtown Seattle- Family Practice FT, 1.0 FTE, M-F days. Previous experience working in Family Practice, Internal Medicine required.

 

Central Seattle (17th and Jefferson)- Family Practice FT, 1.0 FTE, M-F days. Previous experience working in Family Practice, Internal Medicine required.

 

Factoria (Bellevue) -Family Practice FT, 1.0 FTE, M-F days. Previous experience working in Family Practice, Internal Medicine required.

 

 

Our MAs are responsible for a wide variety of duties including: rooming patients; taking vitals, assisting with procedures; giving injections; suture removal; patient education; preparing rooms, autoclaving; and performing X-rays  or EKGs as allowed or required.

 

We require: Graduation from an accredited MA program, MA certification is preferred; previous experience working as a MA, preferably in the same type of practice; strong computer skills; attention to detail; a commitment to providing excellent patient care; and previous experience with Epic or related electronic medical records is preferred.
