Medical Billing A/R reps are responsible for managing a high inbound/outbound call volume and negotiating payment plans with our client's patients. You will also ensure that accounts are followed up in a timely, professional manner according to each client's standards and all applicable laws. Daily responsibilities also include calling client accounts by utilizing company resources and established calling pools while following all client protocols. You will also be responsible for data entry functions and troubleshooting or resolving problem accounts.

 

We are seeking individuals with general medical/healthcare background; Collection or call center experience is also STRONGLY preferred. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong computer abilities a must. Knowledge of the FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA laws is a plus.
