We have over 500 locations in 48 states.   We are seeking a Medical Billing CMN Specialist for our Orlando, FL Billing Center.   Job Responsibilities:   CMN Specialists are responsible for the auditing and keying of all CMN’s and SOP’s as well as the submittal of CMN’s and SOP’s to the prescribing entity via fax or mail.   Essential responsibilities include: Verifies that each CMN has been date stamped by the Mail Clerk and stamps those that have not. Reviews all incoming CMN’s and SOP’s for completion and accuracy. Accepts and keys or returns all CMN’s or SOP’s within 48 hours from the date stamped. Verifies the control sheet BL-200 includes all CMN’s and SOP’s received by the store. Communicates all variances from original BL-200’s to the store location. Audits the CMN/SOP for accuracy and completeness Audits patients within internal software system, selects patients in system, enters al sections of the CMN/SOP in the system, reviews for accuracy and completeness; reviews any CPAP statements, RAD letters, or additional supporting documents identified in the internal software system, accepts or rejects CMN/SOP and documents within internal software system any relevant information. Performs audit of all activity that was entered during the day. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (including, but not limited to Word and Excel.
