We are currently seeking to fill positions in our Reimbursement Department.

 

Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm or 10:30am-7:30pm / Monday – Friday (full-time)

or

   05:00pm-9:00pm / Monday – Friday (part-time)

 

Billing-Inbound Customer Service Representatives- Responsibilities include handling and resolving inbound patient billing related questions. 

 

Applicants should be dependable team players with the following skills:

 1-3 years healthcare billing and/or accounts receivable experience.1+ year inbound call experience, previous call center experience preferred.Knowledge of insurance coverage’s with ability to read and interpret explanation of benefits.Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel. Experience with durable medical equipment a plus

 

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., previous health care accounts receivable experience, good organizational skills with ability to multi-task, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be dependable.  Candidates must also have proficient computer skills and be able to communicate effectively, prioritize, trouble shoot, and problem solve.
