Medical Billing Manager, Medical Coder and Coding Supervisor - Full-time Openings

Our client is looking to enhance their medical billing and coding staff. Immediate interviews for those who qualify. The following full-time permanent opportunities are available:


Medical Coder, CPC or RHIT: Seeking a full-time Medical Coder who is CPC or RHIT certified. At least 2 years of recent medical coding experience required within a physicians office or hospital setting. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding, insurance rules and regulations, and education & training. Great communication skills required; will have direct contact with physicians and managers. Salary is commensurate with experience + a full benefit packages is offered.

Medical Coding Supervisor: The Medical Coding Supervisor will oversee a staff of 8-10 Medical Coders. Only those with at least 3-4 years of medical coding supervisory experience will be considered. Seeking a hands-on manager with an effective management style. Will be responsible for ensuring that charts are being coded correctly and efficiently, physicians are being educated on the latest coding and insurance changes, training staff to ensure compliance, collaborating with Billing Managers to ensure maximum reimbursement, etc. Must be CPC, RHIT, or RHIA certified. Salary is commensurate with experience + a full benefit packages is offered.

Medical Billing Manager: A full-time opportunity for an experienced Medical Billing Manager. The Billing Manager will be responsible for: the entire billing process from beginning to end, ensuring maximum reimbursement, training of staff, establishing reports, attending seminars related to billing and insurance, and overseeing a large staff including Billers, Collectors, Payment Posters, Data-Entry, and Insurance Verification. Qualified candidates will have at least 4+ years of billing management experience or have billing experience coupled with management experience (i.e. Practice Manager, Office Manager, etc.) Salary is commensurate with experience + a full benefit package is offered.
