If so, read on!What you would do:- Oversee Business Office operations of national company to insure regulatory and insurance compliance for billing and collections, timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of all payments, optimizing cash collections and controlling days in sales outstanding - Direct the daily operations of business office functions. - Develop and implement 'Best Practices' within all departments. - Identify areas needing improvement and plans actions to resolve. - Ensure accurate and timely records are kept on all patient accounts. - Review performance matrixes on all departments and implements training or disciplinary action where necessary. - Analyze process and procedure issues and implement immediate action plan for resolutions. - Target 'root cause' issues with payers and execute resolution plan. - Analyze productivity and performance measures and ensure appropriate action taken to resolve and re-train staff. - Understand market dynamics and facility needs. - Present Business Office strategy and results at Operations and/or Partnership meetings.What you need to apply:- Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Business or Healthcare Administration - 5 + years experience as Director Operations, COO, Director of Administration or similar in a Medical/Clinic/Healthcare environment - Extensive experience in Medical Billing and Collections and Regulatory Billing Compliance. - Analytical, exceptionally organized, superior communication skills - Proven ability to assess problems and determine solutions, document and implement policies and procedures.
