Healix is seeking individuals who are passionate about creating or broadening a career with a company that is experiencing unprecedented growth. We are currently seeking a Medical Cash Poster to join our expert team of business and healthcare minded professionals. This dynamic candidate will perform all data entry functions related to line item cash posting, adjustments, prepares write-off documentation, bills secondary insurance, monthly site deposit balance, monthly statement review, communicates to site regarding daily deposits and distributes correspondence on all assigned accounts. 

Primary duties include the following:

·  Accurate data entry of all payments and adjustments by site.

·  Proper review and completion of payment batch by deposit date per Healix policy.

·  Monitors daily collection logs for assigned sites and reconciliation with client.

·  Prepares, print and submit secondary claims (except Gy-Medicare)

 

·  Maintain complete account management and identify specific site issues.

 



Qualifications:

One-year certificate from college or technical school; 1-2 years of medical related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
