Job Responsibilities:

 Manages assigned department staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasksConducts audits of claims payment and customer service policies, implementing plans of improvementProvides management with reports on productivity and performanceOversees process of claims mail handling

 

Job Requirements:

 Certified coder and HMO experience a plus5 or more years work experience in a claims and service environment
