We are looking for a part time Receptionist/Customer Care Agent. Duties include the following:

Forwarding phones to & from the after hours answering service.

Transferring incoming calls to appropriate parties.

Assisting with UPS shipments using UPS software.

Greeting and directing visitors entering the office.

Sorting and distributing mail.

Troubleshooting customer concerns.

Must have excellent customer service and phone skills and good computer skills necessary (Microsoft Office experience preferred.)

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and have good interpersonal skills. Must be able to handle fast-paced environment. Monday-Friday position and casual work environment.
