We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee and manage our Baton Rouge, LA center.  

 

Responsibilities

 

The primary responsibilities of this position include:Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities for the clinical and business operations of the facilityAssisting in preparation of the operating budget and monitoring financial performance of the facilityDeveloping, implementing, and evaluating the marketing planActing as liaison between the Board of Managers, employees of the facility and Surgical Synergies, Inc. 

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Nursing REQUIRED with an advanced degree (MSN/MHA) preferredPrevious experience in hospital/ ambulatory supervisory or administrative management position is REQUIRED Previous OR experience REQUIRED3-5 years of experience in ambulatory healthcare services with 5 or more years preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsMust be able to work in a fast paced and challenging environmentBasic computer knowledge, skills and ability to utilize the internet a must!
