Advantage Nursing Services is currently seeking a Full-time Staffing Coordinator / Customer Service Representative for our San Antonio Office. The main responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator are as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Call nurses from database to fulfill immediate and future needsProvide first level support to facilities regarding the scheduling and staffing of departmentsOperate with a sense of urgency when dealing with both nurse and facilitySchedule per diem shiftsMaintain staffing sheetsMotivate active nurse pool to work shifts, as well as, call inactive nurse pool to reactivate status 

QUALIFIED PERSONS WILL HAVE:Excellent customer service skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills Organizational and computer skills Ability to meet the current and anticipated needs of the existing client base Genuinely value customer and team member relationships
